Welcome to WEARhouse. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products We do our best to display our products and colors accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in Mauritian Rupees (Rs) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error. If we can't full-fill your order, we'll let you know and refund any payment.

Pricing We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing.

Payment Payments are processed securely through Peach Payments (supporting MCB Juice and cards). Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Returns Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Your account and conduct You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site.

Liability Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Mauritius. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
